You will serve as a SUPERVISORY TRANSPORTATION SPECIALIST and Transportation Division Director in the Public Works Directorate of NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING SYSTEMS COMMAND PACIFIC.

Duties

You will exercise oversight and control over the conception, development, and execution of policy issues for Transportation You will serve as NAVFACENGCOM PAC's primary point of contact on all matters related to the Transportation Division/NTVE Fleet Management Program. You will prepare correspondence, technical reports, status reports, schedules, and other documentation pertaining to the Navy's NTVE CESE Program You will prepare and present program efforts for workshops, seminars, meetings, and conferences You will apply strategic level guidance to develop tactical approaches for Fleet initiatives and projects. You will develop track, analyze and report metrics to monitor program progress.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing life cycle management and technical support for non-tactical vehicle and equipment (NTVE) fleet maintenance and operations from planning and programming for acquisition to disposal of equipment; 2) Assigning work, developing and rating performance plans and providing technical guidance to subordinates; 3) Analyzing problems, conducting research, summarizing results, and making appropriate recommendations; and 4) Leading and providing expertise for the transportation Program that span multiple commands.
