Duties
You will screen and route visitors and phone calls to appropriate personnel.
You will control, maintain, and schedule appointments on an office calendar.
You will log and distribute incoming and outgoing mail to correct recipient.
You will prepare presentation materials using office automation software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to present information.
You will review documents for conformance with regulations, grammar, format, needed signatures, and other special policies.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

- You will be required to possess and maintain a current valid United States driver’s license.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card to make official government purchases for goods and services.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Receiving calls, greeting visitors, and responding to routine requests for information; 2) Reviewing outgoing correspondence for required information and format; AND 3) Utilizing computer software programs to prepare, format, and proofread correspondence, forms, or reports.
This position requires the ability to type at least 40 words per minute. Your resume will be used in your qualification determination.
