As a Program Analyst you will be responsible for providing in-depth analysis on a variety of subjects involving the evaluation of various administrative programs.Location of position: Public Buildings Service (PBS), Portfolio Management Division (PMD), Portfolio Information & Data Management Branch.
We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.
Duties
This position is located in the Public Buildings Service, Portfolio Management Division. This division maximizes and enhances the value of the Public Building Services (PBS) real estate portfolio and client relationships.
Requirements
- US Citizenship or National (Residents of American Samoa and Swains Island)
- Meet all eligibility requirements within 30 days of the closing date.
- Meet time-in-grade within 30 days of the closing date, if applicable
- Register with the Selective Service if you are a male born after 12/31/1959
- Direct Deposit of salary check to financial organization required.

The GS-12 salary range starts at $86,962 per year.To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level or higher in the Federal service.
Specialized experience is experience performing a variety of analytical work, oversight and assurance of data integrity and data management responsibilities. This experience should include:
• Managing data in business systems;• Analyzing and developing statistical data to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of operating programs;• Assuring the accuracy of asset inventory data; • Tracking and managing leases and the evaluation of performance;• Recommending methods for improving program performance regarding data input and data management
