Duties

Circulate among patrons to assure service is satisfactory; receive and resolve customer complaints; provide information and general instructions on the use of equipment, facilities and machinery. Assist patrons in use of the facility by checking out equipment, providing safety instruction, demonstrating new equipment, teaching classes, etc. Plan, conduct, publicize and arrange support for special events, social activities, tournaments and related functions. May provide work guidance to other staff. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
• Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
• A one year probationary period may be required.
• Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
• Must attend Team Member Orientation within the first thirty (30) days of employment.
• Must be available to work days, evening and weekends.

Work experience which involved dealing with the general public.
