Duties

At the GS-13 level you will perform developmental duties as they are assigned. At the GS-14 level you will perform the below duties: You will resolve problems through analysis of effectiveness and efficiency of work operations in a program or support setting. You will coordinate resolution of issues as they arise. You will provide background information, materials and recommendations as needed for comparative analysis and decision making on diverse issues affecting the organizations operations. You will assist in organizational management, task management, resource management, and/or coordinate action for the organization.

Requirements

Qualifications

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing research to gather information to enhance program effectiveness and efficiency. Examples of specialized experience should include most or all the following: 1) Assisting with resolving issues by analyzing effectiveness and efficiency of operation programs and procedures; 2) Gathering information to provide recommendations to assist with organizational decision making; 3) Maintaining relationships with inside and outside stakeholders; 4) Assisting with the development or redesign of new methods and approaches to meet demands of assigned projects/assignments.
