Duties

Serves as the manager for the Community Recreation Center and activities. Develops, manages, plans and administers recreation programs to support eligible personnel. Develops Standard Operating Procedures, prepares program Memorandum of Instructions. Observes to evaluate effectiveness of leadership and operation, service provided to the community as per operating standards and regulations. Responsible for planning/executing community special events for the military/civilian population. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining electronic gaming equipment, coordinating inter and intra garrison competitions and tournaments; overseeing food and beverage operation; programs for requested Soldier interests. Prepares community calendar. Conducts staff meetings, takes action for employee misconduct, or awards. Markets the programs, participates in planning initiatives, submits cost analysis. Performs full range of supervisory duties for subordinate employees, including training. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements
