This position is with the Small Business Administration, Office of International Trade in Charlotte, North Carolina or Raleigh, North Carolina. Provide guidance to U.S. small businesses on entering international markets through trade development and export finance programs.
Duties
Salary is determined by duty location and grade/step of the position being filled:
Charlotte, NC: $124,751 - $162,178;
Raleigh, NC: $127,512 - $165,768
Requirements
- You must be a U.S. Citizen.
- You must successfully complete a background investigation.
- You may be required to serve a one-year probationary period.
Qualifications
GS-14
Specialized Experience: At least one year of specialized experience (equivalent to the GS-13 level in the Federal service) obtained in either the Public or Private sector that includes the following:
(1) Origination, underwriting and/or structuring of secured loans (e.g. commercial and industrial loans); asset-based loans (ABL); and/or structured trade finance products; AND
(2) Serving as a relationship manager, loan officer, loan product portfolio manager, or program director at the assistant vice president level or higher in a financial institution, financial services company, or federal agency.
