This position is located in the Air Traffic Organization (ATO), Management Services, Technical Labor & Employee Development Directorate, Employee Development Group, Training and Development Infrastructure Team (AJG-L31). This Group's focus is to administer learning management solutions to include the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of leadership development, talent management programs, and processes for the ATO workforce.
Duties
The Project Manager serves as the ATO Electronic Learning Management Systems Project Manager (eLMS PM) applies experience and expert skill using project management principles and methods to oversee the work of the ATO Administrators, including the Primary Level 1 Administrator roles assigned within the ATO. Plans and carries out challenging and complex assignments to develop new and innovative approaches related to improving ATO's internal processes for administering the ATO eLMS catalog and for approving access requests. Identifies and resolves challenging problems or issues that often cross organizational boundaries and impact on the accomplishment of strategic objectives. Provides leadership for highly complex and challenging activities under the minimal direction of a manager or executive. This work directly affects the operational air traffic workforce and the safety of the National Airspace System (NAS).

Qualifications
To qualify for this position, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the FV-I, FG/GS-13 level. This experience is typically related to the line of work of the position to be filled and which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been at least equivalent to the next lower level in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization.Specialized Experience is defined as:Experience using automated systems and technological medium to develop reports and briefings. AND
Experience conducting studies, compiling data to evaluate customer needs, and recommends program improvements.You should include relevant examples of the specialized experience in your work history.
