About the position: This position will be assigned to the 30 FSS Community Serivces Flight- Collocated Club. Requires frequent light to moderate lifting and carrying objects weighing 5 to 15 pounds, pushing and pulling objects weighing 10 to 20 pounds, and occasionally lifting up to and over 40 pounds. Heavier objects such as beer kegs are usually transported with the aid of a dolly.

Duties

Carries supplies and equipment, such as liquors, fruits, ice, glasses, linens and silverware from storage areas to the bar. Slices and peels fruit. Fills ice bins and crushes ice. Washes and cleans bar glasses, bar equipment and keeps the work area clean and neat. Replaces empty beer kegs with full kegs with the aid of a dolly, stocks beer coolers. Wipes down the interior and exterior surfaces of coolers. Helps in setting up service bars and portable bars. Carries debris to waste containers. May serve bottle beer, soft drinks and draw beer from kegs. Performs other related duties as assigned. Requirements

• This position requires the incumbent to complete a background investigation with favorable results.

Must meet the appropriate minimum age requirement for working with and/or serving alcoholic beverages. Must be able to obtain a Food Handler's Certificate and/or complete food handler's training. Required to complete the following Pre-Employment Task: Must satisfactorily complete a Tier 1 background investigation. Must be able to satisfactorily complete a pre-employment physical. Education

FOREIGN EDUCATION: Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the requirements.
