Duties
Drafting, reviewing, evaluating, implementing, and coordinating documents, policies and procedures related to G-Invoicing.
Supporting the G-Invoicing Process Team in Order to Cash (O2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P) G-Invoicing system
implementation meetings, including assisting in requirements discussions, acceptance testing, training, and
implementation.
Participating in reviews and analysis of audit findings to help identify root cause and help develop Corrective
Action Plans to remediate the audit findings.
Collaborating with internal and external customers, stakeholders, and trading partners to further DLA G-Invoicing operational objectives.
Supporting the G-Invoicing Program Team in executing change management activities related to G-Invoicing
implementation.
Extracting data from numerous systems including EBS, BPM Tool, G-Invoicing to support reporting requirements, data analysis, dashboard maintenance, and success metrics.

Qualifications
To qualify for a Financial Service Analyst, your resume and supporting documentation must support:
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which equipped you with the competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. To qualify at the GS-12 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes:
Participation in teams or working groups to implement change management within an agency.
Utilizing Enterprise Resource Planning ERP software (ie…EBS) to work in the order to cash (O2C), procure to pay (P2P), or record to report (R2R) business cycles.
Applying G-Invoicing related policy, regulations, and procedures issued by US Treasury, and the Department of Defense.
Creating effective presentations and presenting program performance to leadership.

Education
Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
