This position is located in a district or area office within one of the six (6) regional offices (RO) of the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP). The purpose of OFCCP is to enforce, for the benefit of job seekers and wage earners, the contractual promise of affirmative action and equal employment opportunity required of those who do business with the Federal Government.
This position is Outside the bargaining unit.

Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Requires a probationary period if the requirement has not been met.
- Candidate required to obtain the necessary security/investigation level.
- You will be required to submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450.
- You will be required to serve a one-year supervisory probationary period if the requirement has not been met.
- Appointment to this position may require a background investigation.
Qualifications
Specialized Experience is the experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA's) to perform the duties of the position successfully, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level.

GS-13: Applicants must have 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, GS-12, in the Federal Service or private sector. Desired experience: investigating, team leading, interviewing, analyzing data, and evaluating compliance with regulations. Examples of specialized experience include:
Experience in analyzing and/or investigating compliance with federal, state, and/or local government laws and regulations (e.g., employment discrimination, labor standards, safety, and health, etc.);
Experience in conducting and/or participating in interviews, negotiations, and conciliation to resolve noncompliance with federal requirements;
Experience in developing, planning, and coordinating outreach activities and/or educational opportunities with organizations to effectively communicate requirements and guidance; and
Experience working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders to achieve organizational goals and developing strategies in investigating employer compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
