You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Chief of Naval Operations of IMMEDIATE OFC OF CHIEF OF NVL OPS.
Duties
You will provide advice and guidance to the branch on the feasibility of analytical programs and research strategies designed to achieve Division and broader objectives.
You will lead integration and alignment of strategy investments options into consolidated investment recommendations.
You will evaluate/resolve complex problems as they relate to design and management of analyst programs to include war games, studies, and modeling activities.
You will develop strategies and concepts, track strategy objectives and progress.
You will exercise management and oversight over programs that design and conduct analysis, studies, risk analysis and modeling/simulation.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing advice and guidance on the feasibility of analytical programs and research strategies designed to achieve Division and broader objectives. Examples of specialzied experience include: 1) Exercising management and oversight over programs that design and conduct analysis, studies, risk analysis and modeling/simulation; 2) Developing strategies and concepts, tracking strategy objectives and progress; 3) Leading integration and alignment of strategy investments options into consolidated investment recommendations; and 4) Evaluating/resolving complex problems as they relate to design and management of analyst programs to include war games, studies, and modeling activities.
