Duties
In this position you will use your technical expertise to provide guidance and perform a variety of services related to logistics, supply, fleet, and facilities management.
This position starts at a salary of $72,553.00 (GS-11, Step 1) to $94,317.00 (GS-11, Step 10).

Your duties will include:
Managing agency's property management program, including acquisition, receiving, transferring, excessing, reutilization, repairing, and retiring of various types of property
Researching suppliers and working with requesters to procure goods/services, and preparing records/documents for approval
Conducting records management and producing various fleet reports
Scheduling bulk fuel deliveries, receiving invoices, and arranging payment on purchase card
Qualifications
Experience: You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as:
Reviewing and processing lost, stolen, destroyed, or missing property.
Purchasing office supplies, equipment, services, etc.
Completing monthly purchase card statement reconciliation.
Ordering cards, performing audits, extracting reports, reporting fraud and processing override requests regarding fleet card program.
Tracking mileage, scheduling maintenance and fuel deliveries for patrol and other agency vehicles

Education Substitution: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in a course of study that directly reflects the job-related KSAs/competencies necessary to satisfy the minimum qualification and perform the duties of the position.

Combining Education and Experience: Combinations of successfully completed post-high school education and experience may be used to meet total qualification requirements for the grade levels specified in the table, and may be computed by first determining the applicant's total qualifying experience as a percentage of the experience required for the grade level; then determining the applicant's education as a percentage of the education required for the grade level; and then adding the two percentages. The total percentages must equal at least 100 percent to qualify an applicant for that grade level. Only graduate education in excess of the amount required for the next lower grade level may be used to qualify applicants for positions at grades GS-9 and GS-11.
