About the Position: You will work with the Division Talent Management Specialist to provide strategic direction on all topics related to workforce structuring to attract and retain highly qualified, and diverse employees.

Duties

Conduct various analytical studies and evaluation activities in assigned program area and translate findings into specific corrective action. Utilize knowledge of the various HR programs, regulations, and policies to perform assigned responsibilities and special projects. Advise management on recruitment strategies, sources, and special programs, recruitment, relocation, and retention incentive programs

Corroborating efforts of strategic forecasting with enterprise focus in support of human capital needs and planning. Providing sound staffing advisory and supported guidance IAW human resources governing laws, directives, regulations, and policies. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Personnel and Human ResourcesProgram ManagementStrategic Workforce Planning Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
