About the Position: You will work with the Division Talent Management Specialist to provide strategic direction on all topics related to workforce structuring to attract and retain highly qualified, and diverse employees.
Duties
Conduct various analytical studies and evaluation activities in assigned program area and translate findings into specific corrective action.
Utilize knowledge of the various HR programs, regulations, and policies to perform assigned responsibilities and special projects.
Advise management on recruitment strategies, sources, and special programs, recruitment, relocation, and retention incentive programs
Requirements

- This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 10% of the time.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: Reviewing organizational requirements and/or conducting studies in order to identify staffing trends, anticipate vacancies, and retention deficiencies to develop short and long-range plans; Experience interpreting or applying federal civilian human resources staffing policies and practices to provide management advisory; Analyze a customer's unique needs to provide appropriate civilian HR guidance.

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
