You will serve as a Management Analyst, coordinating capability requirements for system of systems that cannot be delivered by a single program of record. This position is in the Pentagon, Arlington, VA in the DNI/DDNI OPNAV SUPPORT STAFF.
Duties
You will focus Navy efforts to ensure requirements traceability from high level down through detailed performance specifications in individual programs deliver results to achieve the envisioned capability.
You will coordinate capability-specific requirements with those supporting, or interdependent with, other mission or capability areas.
You will ensure synchronization with Naval Operational Architecture (NOA) requirements and Joint All Domain Command and Control (JADC2) capability development efforts, with particular emphasis on sensing and targeting needs for Long Range Fires.
You will coordinate Navy participation and substantive integration in working groups and ensure Navy and naval equities are accurately represented in joint documents and other products.
You will provide support to the integrated analysis plan and science/technology efforts designed to most effectively close identified gaps.
You will coordinate among Navy stakeholders for participation and tasker responses and ensure Navy integration in joint experiments and assessments is aligned with the NOA capabilities planned and implemented through Project Over-match.
Requirements

- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or pass the test. You will be subject to random testing.

- All Defense Intelligence positions under the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS) are in the excepted service by specific statute, 10 U.S.C. 1601. This position is in the excepted service and does not confer competitive status.
- This position requires a periodic polygraph examination.
- This position may require a 2-year DCIPS trial period requirement.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing duties such as the following:
1) Assessing, guiding, and writing products for leadership decisions concerning the value of emerging concepts, technologies, systems, and programs for Navy warfighting capabilities;
2) Ensuring Navy requirements, priorities and other equities are clearly stated and advanced in high visibility joint capability development efforts;
3) Prioritizing investment decisions to deliver effective Fleet capabilities within resource constraints;
4) Shaping and coordinating analytic and capability planning efforts to focus on addressing high priority needs in specific capability areas.
