As a Building Management Officer, you will oversee a branch whose operations include multiple field offices with teams of building management personnel engaged in the day to day operations of a large group of buildings and facilities.Location of position: Public Buildings Service, Kansas City, MO

Requirements
- US Citizenship or National (Residents of American Samoa and Swains Island)

The GS-14 salary range starts at $124,113.00 per year. If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected. To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or higher in the Federal service.
Specialized experience is experience providing program oversight for a building management program which includes planning, directing and managing policies, regulations, and procedures related to the day-to-day operations of a commercial office building. This experience must also include managing and overseeing building programs that are related to customer and client agency satisfaction; maintenance and building operations; building services contracts; repair and alterations; environmental; custodial; asset planning and asset stewardship programs.
