Duties
As a Special Projects Advisor you will:
Conduct substantive and intensive independent review and analyses of unique business management and operational programmatic, administrative, technical-financial and security related programs' missions, functions, policies, strategic plans, goals and objectives projects.
Draft and prepare guidance to implement and effect change, including proposals for business re-engineering, regulatory or policy guidance changes.
Serve as project manager or project coordinator on a variety of projects, special events, initiatives and organizational or business process changes.
Plans, directs, and evaluates critical and operational planning, program development, and management and business services programs.

Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify at the GS-15 grade level, you must have at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level, which must include the following experience: performing reviews and analyses of business management and operational programmatic-administrative goals and objectives in public health.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
