As a Program Manager at the GS-0340-14, you will be part of Healthcare and Insurance, Office of Personnel Management. If selected, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing the operation of the office assigned, organize and supervise staff and numerous concurrent, complex, and interrelated tasks is required.
Duties
Promote strategic partnerships for developing solutions.
Collaborates with Federal, state, and local healthcare and other insurance providers.
Evaluating processes for benefits administration.
Maintain responsibility for systems and applications.
Qualifications
For the GS14: You must have one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience comparable in scope and responsibility to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service (obtained in either the private or public sector), which include ALL of the following:
1. Developing continuous improvement strategies;
2. Preparing responses to Freedom of Information (FOIA) request;
3. Reviewing health benefit claim disputes between health insurance carriers and enrollees; AND
4. Collaborating with Federal, state, and local healthcare and other insurance providers.
You must meet all qualification and eligibility requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
