This position is a Human Resources Specialist (HRD) in the Division of Human Resources, Office of the General Manager, Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board (DNFSB). The Office of the General Manager provides vital mission support programs and services enabling accomplishment of the DNFSB mission. The position serves as the DNFSB Chief Learning Officer with primary responsibilities to assist the HR Director with design, development, management, and evaluation of workforce development.

  • U.S. Citizenship Required.

Qualifications

Your application and resume should reflect specialized experience and competencies in the following areas:   Specialized Experience: FOR THE GS-14: To qualify you must have at least one full year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and complexity to the GS-13 level in the Federal service that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skill, and ability to perform successfully in this position. This experience may have been gained in a non-Federal-service position. Specialized experience is defined as experience performing all of the following:  Designing, developing, and implementing strategies for employee technical and leadership training using adult education concepts and practices Developing and delivering automated training using a learning management system and administering a learning management system Writing employee development program policy, procedures, and guidance for organizations Evaluating leadership education and adult technical education programs for effectiveness and recommending and implementing improvements Time-in-Grade Requirements: Merit promotion applicants must meet applicable time-in-grade requirements to be considered eligible. One year at the GS-13 is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS-14 level. (Must submit your SF-50 that shows Time-in-Grade eligibility and reflects your title, series, and grade.
