This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Domestic Defense Industrial Base Facilities and the Major Range and Test Facilities to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.

Duties

Receive a variety of receipt documents and accompanying forms. Accumulates statistics for required reporting relating to receipt performance. Enter various data elements into multiple databases and programs. Identify discrepancies, resolve problems and reconstruct records to support supply transaction. Perform research for information pertaining to complex or unusual supply transaction and patterns.

Qualifications

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes; Utilizing automated systems to run reports, update records, or process various documents; Maintaining database information; Scanning and filing documents for future reference; and Researching regulations to determine compliance.
