About the Position: This position is with the 80th Training Command (TASS), G-7 located at Richmond, Virginia.

Duties

Provide recommendations to subordinate elements relative to training matters in accordance with One Army School System principles. Assist subordinate units with the preparation of training plans and schedules in system of record, such as the Army Training Requirements and Resource System (ATRRS), to ensure readiness. Develop budget projections and provide input for training and operational programs. Assess policies and directives to determine training needs of the organization. Evaluate training operations of subordinate elements to ensure compliance. Review mobilization plans and directives issued by higher headquarters for implementation. Approve travel requests and vouchers in system of record, such as the Defense Travel System (DTS). Establish and recommend priority and commitment of resources for training operations. Analyze a wide body of military regulations to develop standard training policies and procedures. Deliver briefings on operational and training plans to senior leadership.

For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
