You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Office of the Director, Navy Staff (DNS) of IMMEDIATE OFC OF CHIEF OF NVL OPS.
Duties
You will gather data and analyze information to provide trend analysis and information for leadership decisions.
You will work independently on tasks with clear scope and objectives to deliver quality solutions or recommendations to leadership that meet the intent and mission of the organization.
You will oversee and support the developments of metrics, charts, graphs and briefing materials as needed to ensure leadership and stakeholders are aware of the overall team’s progress and project status.
You will identify gaps in recommendations and addressing risk on operations, resources and long term objectives.
You will work independently and solve problems at the lowest level while effectively communication efforts, impact and risk to the executive chain of command.
Requirements

- This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes: 1) Gathering data and analyzing information to provide trend analysis and information for leadership decisions; 2) Overseeing and supporting the developments of metrics, charts, graphs and briefing materials as needed to ensure leadership and stakeholders are aware of the overall team's progress and project status; 3) Working independently on tasks with clear scope and objectives to deliver quality solutions or recommendations to leadership that meet the intent and mission of the organization; and 4) Utilizing a skill in identifying gaps in recommendations and addressing risk on operations, resources and long term objectives.
