You will serve as an Administrative Specialist for the IT Procurement Office in the Mission Support Directorate.
Duties
Provide business management leadership; organize, plan, direct, coordinate, and lead business operations, administration, and fiscal control functions.
Write, gather, develop, and check the accuracy of information by researching and by interviewing with Contract Officers, program officials, and policy makers.
Write responses to Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement inquiries on complex issues.
Edit, write, memorandums, letters, handbooks, and a wide variety of other written communications necessary for the operation of Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement.
Coordinate strategic planning efforts and advise/consult on business-related variables that affect planning, integration, coordination, and critical management concerns.
Assist with managing the internal and external operations of an organization (e.g., tracking communication, and technical accomplishments; solving business related problems; training customers on organizational processes).
Develop new insights into situations and applying innovative solutions to problems and/or designing new methods.
Track planning and programming actions/functions; ensure integration of all financial/business elements for projects (e.g., NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) and Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC).

Qualifications
Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work.
To qualify for GS-13, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level.
Managing the internal and external administrative operations of an organization to solve business related problems;
Utilizing information tracking software to edit and maintain reports and records; and
Interpreting organizational policy requirements to develop new innovative solutions for an organization.
