You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the IMMEDIATE OFC OF CHIEF OF NVL OPS.
Duties
You will solve strategic direction, planning, and resourcing problems related to improving the quality of work and quality of life environments for our Sailors and their families across the Navy enterprise.
You will serve as an integrator and advisor for enterprise-wide Quality of Service programs across Navy installations.
You will analyze a wide range of data and strategic information and prepare reports, proposals, and briefings to advocate, as necessary, for the Navy enterprise position regarding policy and resourcing of Quality of Service programs
You will advocate technical approaches to leadership to overcome critical, unforeseen difficulties, and unsatisfactory results related to Quality of Service programs.
You will independently review Navy programs related to Quality of Service for current and future efficiencies and effectiveness aligned with defense-wide or Navy-wide and legislative priorities.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes duties related to the following:
1.) Coordinating multiple organization outputs into a single, coherent, comprehensive plan to address specific goals;
2.) Coordinating products among disparate stakeholders for review by senior leaders;
3.) Applying basic fact-finding and analytical techniques to gather information and data presentation methods to prepare clear and effective recommendations both verbally and in writing;
4.) Presenting data, interpretations and conclusions in a clear, concise and logical manner;
5.) Utilizing knowledge of Navy programs that support sailors and families at Navy installations.
