This position is in the Office of Mission Support (OMS), Office of Resources and Business Operations (ORBO), Human Capital and Administration Division (HCAD), Human Resources Operations Branch (HROB). Qualifications

NOTE:  You must meet qualification requirements by the closing date of this announcement. To qualify for the GS-14 level, you must have 1 year of full-time* specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 level defined as implementing human capital programs; analyzing and/or advising on workforce data; and interpreting and providing guidance on HR regulations and policies. Your answers to the online assessment will be used to evaluate your competencies in the following areas:  Knowledge of human capital management principles, practices and methods Skill in decision making Ability to guide management in human capital planning and development Ability to communicate orally Skill to coordinate, plan and schedule with other organization managers and customers as appropriate Ability to collect and analyze data Skill in written communication sufficient for briefings, written procedures and guidance Ability to provide advice concerning an organization’s human resources programs Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
