You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM SPECIALIST in the INFORMATION MANEUVER DIVISION of HQ US MARINE CORPS.
Duties
You will serve as the Integration Support Branch Deputy of Information Maneuver Division (IMD)
You will coordinate for funding and resources with Deputy Commandant for Information (DC I) Resources Division, and as applicable other USMC resourcing entities.
You will coordinate with a myriad of USMC agencies, organizations, entities and units to accomplish Operations in the Information Environment (OIE) institutionalization.
You will support the planning, participation and execution of all DC I organized Operational Advisory Groups (OAGs) and Boards.
You will set standards, formulates and approves procedures, and develops instruction for developing OIE capabilities.
You will perform the full range of administrative and technical supervisory duties including work planning, assigning work, training, disciplining staff, and approving leave for assigned Military and Civilians.
You will establish performance standards, objectives and conducts performance evaluation of subordinates.
You will provide guidance, information and training to subordinates on performance and administrative matters to further their personal and professional development.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Strategic planning experience within federal frameworks; managing high-level cross-functional teams and ability to conduct detailed analytical assessments.
