This position is located in the Architect of the Capitol, Assistant Superintendent, Facility Operations Division, Maintenance Branch, Plumbing Section. The selectee serves as an Journeyman level Pipefitter and/or Plumber performing troubleshooting, repair and installing plumbing systems and components in assigned Capitol Complex work sites that include monumental iconic historic buildings with a complex infrastructure on Capitol Hill.

Duties

Tour of duty for this position is: M-F 6:00am - 3:00pm

Qualifications

You must meet all eligibility and qualification requirements by the closing date of the job announcement.You must meet the following SCREEN-OUT(S) required for this position. Skilled in performing journey-level pipefitter work without more than normal supervision. Must demonstrate expert electronic skills to operate the Building Automation System (BAS) system.
