Duties
As a Management and Program Analyst you will:
Analyze and evaluate the management practices and methods, and administrative operations of an organizational unit.
Analyze and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of a segment of a program, within the organization.
Research, analyze, and recommend to leadership best utilization of line program personnel resources.
Responsible for the implementation of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Records and Information Management (RIM) program.

Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify at the GS-12 grade level, you must have at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level, which must include the following experience: reviewing and evaluating administrative operations and management practices for the purpose of improving organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
Education
Copy of your transcripts or equivalent documentation is required for positions with an education requirement, or if you are qualifying based on education or a combination of education and experience. An official transcript will be required if you are selected.
College or university degree generally must be from an accredited (or pre-accredited) college or university recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. For a list of schools which meet these criteria, please refer to
