The position serves as an Executive Support Specialist in the Office of Rulemaking (ARM) Executive Front Office, where the employee provides analysis, evaluations, and the management of special projects in support of the Executive Director and/or Deputy Executive Director.

Duties

The Executive Support Specialist provides assistance and support to the Executive Director and Deputy Executive Director for the Office of Rulemaking. Performs multiple and varying assignments under the limited direction of a manager, project/program manager, team leader, or more experienced professional. Uses organizational skills to coordinate varied assignments and handles multiple priorities that often exists in the front office of a large organization. Serves as liaison with individuals/groups within and outside the Agency.

Requirements

  • US Citizenship is required.
  • Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
