This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Domestic Defense Industrial Base/Major Range and Test Facilities Base to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.

Duties

Analyze and evaluate work center capacity for productivity and efficiency. Resolve conflicting requirements of scheduling, cost, workload, machines, and direct labor utilization. Primary advisor for all overtime projections in the planning division. Develop ad hoc tools, such as spreadsheets and databases to monitor production plans. Brief stakeholders on project milestones, progress, and/or conflicts.

Qualifications

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) preventing or alleviating production delays and scheduling conflicts; 2) developing and implementing corrective actions to meet workload schedule requirements; 3) prioritizing fluid schedules; and 4) monitoring production plans by the utilization of electronic databases.

Education
