About the Position: Employee will forecast, monitor, schedule and/or expedite workload needed to support for anticipated and unanticipated programs utilizing logistics scheduling and planning software.

Duties

Analyze and evaluate work center capacity for productivity and efficiency. Resolve conflicting requirements of scheduling, cost, workload, machines, and direct labor utilization. Primary advisor for all overtime projections in the planning division. Develop ad hoc tools, such as spreadsheets and databases to monitor production plans. Brief stakeholders on project milestones, progress, and/or conflicts.

You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Capacity ManagementComputer LiteracyCost Estimation and AnalysisPlanning and EvaluatingWritten Communication Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-09).
