This position is located in the United States Mint, Manufacturing Department, Philadelphia in the Facilities Management Division. As an Air Conditioning Equipment Mechanic Leader, you will be responsible for performing work leader duties in conjunction with Air Conditioning Equipment Mechanic (ACEM) in the Facilities Section for the Philadelphia Mint.

Qualifications

You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement. The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. You must meet the screen-out element Ability to Lead or Supervise, normally addressed at the beginning of the online questions. In addition, you must also obtain an average score of two (2) for the following elements for this position as addressed through the online question in order to be considered minimally qualified. Your application will be evaluated in the following areas: Ability to Lead or Supervise (screen-out), Knowledge of Equipment, Assembly, Installation, Repair, etc., Technical Practices (theoretical, precise, artistic), Ability to Interpret Instructions, Specifications, etc. (includes blueprint reading), Ability to Maintain Tools and Equipment.
