This is an office-centered position*--you must physically report to one of the duty stations stated in this announcement on a regular basis (location TBD after candidate selected).

Qualifications
NOTE: You must meet qualification requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
To qualify for the GS-09 level, you must have one of the following:
1 year of full-time* specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-07 level defined as utilizing office automation software to create, organize, and report on administrative processes; drafting and/or revising written correspondence.
master's or equivalent graduate degree; or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree; or LL.B. or J.D., if related; the education must provide the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position
equivalent combination of education and experience
Your answers to the online assessment will be used to evaluate your competencies in the following areas:
1) Knowledge of administrative policies and procedures.
2) Ability to manage multiple priorities.
3) Ability to store, track and manage internal and external requests for actions or information.
4) Skill in written communication.
5) Ability to liaise with work groups.
6) Ability to manage records, briefing materials, and statistical and narrative material.
7) Ability to manage calendars and schedules.
