Qualifications
We are looking for at least one year of specialized experience related to this position as described below:
To qualify for the GS-14 level, you need to have at least one year of full-time experience equivalent to the GS-13 level defined as advising on programmatic activities related to administration, IT, or budgeting; mentoring, coaching or leading others; and working with external partners.
Your answers to the online assessment will be used to evaluate your competencies in the following areas: 1) Ability to advise on administrative, information technology (IT), or budgeting policies or procedures; 2) Ability to identify program needs; 3) Skill in program management; 4) Skill in performance management; 5) Knowledge of equal employment opportunity (EEO) objectives; 6) Ability to collaborate with internal and external partners; 7) Skill in problem solving; 8) Skill in program analysis.
