Duties

This position is located under the Office of Intelligence Operations, Criminal Intelligence Division, Analysis Production Branch in Washington, District of Columbia.

Qualifications

This is a non-bargaining unit position. To qualify for GS-9, candidates must also have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-7. Additional Conditions of Employment: GS-9 - You qualify if you possess one year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-7 grade level in the Federal, State, or Local government or equivalent public or private sector experience, performing the following duties: Accessing local and national intelligence information databases to respond to less-complex requests for intelligence information; and Assisting in the maintenance of computerized intelligence databases; and Generating statistical/relational reports; and Collecting operational intelligence reports from various Federal, State and Local government and law enforcement agencies. OR Master's or equivalent graduate degree OR 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree OR LL.B. or J.D., if related. OR A combination of graduate level education and specialized experience to qualify for this position. Only graduate level education in excess of one year (i.e., 18 semester hours) may be combined with experience under this standard. If using education to qualify, must provide a copy of unofficial or official transcripts.
