About the Position: This position may be filled as a Temp Promotion or Reassignment Appointment NTE 30-Sep-2025 by a Permanent Army employee. Time-limited promotions may be extended up to a maximum of five years.
Duties
Provides technical expertise for the RCI PM including developing, and recommending solutions to a variety of complex construction problems.
Provides technical expertise and support to RCI PM in areas of environmental compliance, infrastructure and maintenance of quarters.
Observes on-site construction work progress, quality, and compliance with codes, plans and specifications.
Works closely with the RCI PM and other DPW installation staff components, as well as the major decisions committee, to communicate a clear and detailed understanding of the development and construction status of the project.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- The incumbent of this position must be able to obtain and maintain a valid State driving license.
