Reclamation is seeking a career professional looking for an opportunity to capitalize on their expertise as a Laborer. Make a difference in the West by assisting in meeting increasing water demands while protecting the environment. Duty Location: Clark County, Nevada

Duties

The primary duties of this position are: Performs a variety of laborer duties (loads and unloads materials and equipment, uses small pneumatic tools, moves, and stacks materials, grounds keeping, retrieves tools, grinds, cleans generator parts, erects scaffolding, etc.) Assist skilled trades and craftsman by performing manual laboring task. Drives and operates light and heavy-duty trucks, mobile equipment, etc. Loads and unloads boxes, materials supplies to and from trucks. Operates small powered sweeper in keeping roadways, parking lots and other areas clean. Operates a forklift to transport full garbage dumpsters. Performs a variety of janitorial work to include sweeping, dusting, waxing, polishing and window washing to keep offices, restrooms and other areas clean.

You must meet at least 2 points on the screen-out element(s) and obtain an average of at least 2 points on all of the job elements in order to be considered qualified for this position. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Selective Placement Factor: This position requires a current, valid Driver License. Failure to provide proof of such license will cause you to be rated ineligible for this position. You must meet all Eligibility and Qualification requirements, including any selective placement factors if applicable, by 04/24/2024.
