Duties
Serves as a Technical and Quality Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the development and implementation of policies and procedures, system functionality, and business capabilities.
Provides guidance to Enterprise Business Systems (EBS) end users for interpreting and applying enterprise-wide processes and procedures.
Gathers, analyzes, and summarizes complex data regarding past, present, and projected process activity and recommends process improvements based on analysis and/or trends.
Generates and monitors Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and metrics for the assigned process area to ensure the process area is meeting its performance target and business rules/policies/procedures are adhered to.
Identifies, defines, and delivers Technical and Quality functional training for assigned process area.

Qualifications
To qualify for a Technical and Quality Analyst your resume and supporting documentation must support:
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. To qualify at the GS-12 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes:
Providing guidance and advice to operations or management on current Technical and Quality (T/Q) policy, procedures, and system functionality interpretation and application.
Utilizing full range of Technical and Quality Assurance principles, concepts, and methodologies to provide customer support.
Applying analytical skills to conduct reviews of Technical and Quality processes and procedures and assessing the need for system or process changes/improvements.
Investigating and researching T/Q policy and system issues and develop and implement corrective actions
Developing and delivering briefings and trainings
Assisting with the formulating, coordinating, and implementing of plans.
