You will serve as a SECRETARY (OA) in the MARINE CORPS COMMUNITY SERVICES DEPARTMENT of MARINE CORPS BASE.
Duties
You will receive, log, and route incoming mail maintaining necessary suspense control.
You will review ongoing correspondence of format, spelling, grammar, addresses, enclosures and attachments.
You will Type correspondence, reports, and other materials form rough draft, clean, or corrected copy including statistical and financial data.
You will make tentative appointments for the supervisor and arrange staff meetings as required.
You will Maintain on a current basis, various alphabetical and subject matter files, regulations, manuals and directives.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of general experience at or equivalent to the GS-03 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. General experience must demonstrate the following: One year of general experience in federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector that demonstrates progressively responsible clerical, office, or other work that indicates ability to acquire the particular knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of the position to be filled.
