This position is located in the Small Business Administration, Office of Field Operations - HQ Office. The incumbent will serve as a consultant and analyst to collect, measure, analyze, and provide OFO data to identify and interpret enterprise budget, performance, workforce and other related patterns and trends within and external to the organization and tie them to SBA and OFO programmatic outcomes.
Duties
Duty Locations: The salary range indicated in this announcement reflects the minimum locality pay up to maximum locality pay for all duty locations listed. The range will be adjusted for selected duty location. General Schedule locality pay tables may be found under OPM Salary & Wages.
As a Data and System Analyst (Project Management), GS-0301-13, you will be responsible for:
Extracting, compiling, and analyzing information from various sources and develops meaningful program data, information, and reports in a variety of formats for presentation to and utilization by OFO senior management officials, supervisors, and colleagues.
Performing analytical, evaluative, and review functions as coordinator for OFO enterprise information and reporting systems in support of the agency mission.
Supporting the efficient and effective coordination and accomplishment of the planning, scoping, development, construction, and direction of Office of Field Operations projects in support of Agency operations.
Communicating information in a clear, concise and actionable manner.

Qualifications
Specialized ExperienceGS-13: One year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service, obtained in either the private or public sector:
Demonstrated experience using data analysis and database software (such as Microsoft Excel, Azure SQL, Oracle, etc.) and data visualization software such as (PowerBI/Tableu) to analyze data and prepare reports; and
Demonstrated experience organizing and analyzing large amounts of structured and unstructured data sets using data analytical tools such as R, Python, or SQL; and
managing cross-functional projects using standard project management techniques and methodologies; and
Creating and presenting data analysis to internal senior level executive staff and other internal audiences.
