This position is located in the Management Directorate, Intake and Document Production, Document Management Division. As a Management and Program Analyst, you will analyze major administrative aspects of Document Management programs, find ways to improve major program productivity, and increase the efficiency of the products delivered to our customers.

Duties

Lead, organize, and execute projects independently or with a team to develop, assess, and implement agency-wide document management policies and operational procedures. Lead, plan, and engage in complex studies or work groups to identify, evaluate, and implement necessary changes, conducting thorough analyses, and driving continuous improvement. Analyze complex operational and system issues affecting the efficiency and effectiveness of document management operations. Provide coordination and communication with internal and external stakeholders. Develops and implements logistic data management strategies, as well as coordinates presentations and briefings for leadership, agency program offices, and department stakeholders. Manage diverse analytical reporting to facilitate fiscal accounting procedures, logistics management, and program innovation within program offices.

The qualifications for this position must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 04/22/2024. Current Federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the lower grade or equivalent grade band in the Federal service. The Time-in-Grade requirement must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 04/22/2024. GS-14: You qualify at the GS-14 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, which is equivalent to at least the GS-13 level in the federal government, that equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. You must have experience performing the following duties: Utilizing analytical tools and methodologies to address planning, evaluation, control, and resource allocation challenges. Providing guidance and advice to agency management and leadership based on comprehensive analyses and understanding of the subject matter. Negotiating with management and subject matter experts to secure acceptance and implementation of agency recommendations. Providing oversight of projects and studies involving broad and in-depth analyses of current and potential initiatives.
