Duties

Advises Installation senior leadership of overall plans and programs for the Blue Grass Army Depot. Serves as a Realty Specialist supporting the Installation Realty Officer as a technical expert for Blue Grass Army Depot. Provides on real property management and accountability for real estate for the depot. Manages real property data management software such as BUILDER, GFEBS, and ISR-I.

• This position must possess a valid state driver's license to operate motor vehicles.
• This position requires the incumbent to perform Temporary Duty (TDY) up to 5% of the time.

OR Education: One full year of graduate level education in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as: Real Estate or Business Administration. OR Superior Academic Achievement: Successful completion of all the requirements for a bachelor's degree with Superior Academic Achievement. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-07). OR Education: Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as: Real Estate or Business Administration. OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%.
