Duties
You will serve as the subject-matter expert in counter illegal, unreported, and unregulated fishing (c-IUU) enforcement. You will consult, collaborate, and provide advice and guidance as the official liaison, primary contact, and policy advisor for c-IUU enforcement matters to District 17 senor leadership .

Qualifications
You qualify for the GS-14 grade level if you possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the federal service. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work. Some examples of specialized experience are:
-Developing strategies/strategic framework for fisheries enforcement operations.
-Reviewing strategic planning evaluation/assessments to ensure key customer requirements for on-going process improvements align with organizations' strategic direction.
-Leading a group of employees to develop management analysis reviews to include long range and short range strategic planning.
-Participating in optimal asset allocation and budgeting to support counter IUU fishing efforts.
-Developing counter IUU fishing activities.
-Preparing IUU fishing information products such as facts sheets, concept documents, and policy statements.
-Assisting with establishing and maintaining close working relations with partner agencies and international partners to develop strategies to counter IUU fishing.
