Duties
Preparation of annual budgets related to Recreation (REC) and Environmental Stewardship (ENS)
Responsible for tracking the execution of the REC and ENS business lines for common OM and Specific Work activities
Researching background information and gathering pertinent data from the field and other sources, conducting limited technical analysis and review of funding requests while providing Program Management decisions
Establishing project and funding priorities
Identifying available resources to support the projects in the execution of the OM NRM mission
Coordinates and monitors execution of all assigned projects with leadership
Completed work is reviewed primarily from a standpoint of effectiveness in achieving results, operational readiness within the requirements of governing laws, regulations, and available resources
Requirements

- Serves as an incidental motor vehicle operator.
- Operates an automobile or light truck to accomplish assigned duties.
- Employees must be physically able to operate the motor vehicle without danger to self or to others.

???????Specialized Experience: Candidate must have experience in national emergency programs such as Stafford Act, Public Law 84-99, and/or Public Law 93-288 and have demonstrated experience in one or more emergency response activities either at the home duty station or on deployment as a senior team member (GS-13 level).
