You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST in the NAVAL INFORMATION WARFARE CENTER PACIFIC of NAVWARSYSCEN PACIFIC SAN DIEGO CA.
Duties
You will analyze and evaluate existing administrative operational and support processes and procedures within the organization to reduce the burden of administrative requirements on Officer in Charge (OIC), managers, supervisors and others.
You will prepare and support Department personnel actions, correspondence (letters, memos, messages, etc.), awards and various forms as required in accordance with organizational guidelines.
You will be responsible to lead the team of administrative assistants supporting the Department's Divisions and advises on balancing work functions and assignments, formulates both a tactical and strategic approach.
You will develop, design, coordinate, order and deliver multiple ongoing space repurposing efforts.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
NO-04:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band NO-03 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Reviews and analyzes correspondence; Performs administrative duties; experience with HUB tools; Analyze and evaluate administrative processes and procedures to reduce the burden of administrative requirements. Provide insight and ways forward to assist in allowing the Department to be a more inclusive team; Work as part of the Flank Speed Champions network, attend Center KM meetings, design, and brief and implement the organization's Flank Speed architecture including administration architecture and project Teams setup groundwork.
NO-03:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band NO-02 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Reviews and analyzes incoming correspondence; Performs administrative duties; experience with HUB (RPA tool); Assist with analyzing and evaluating existing administrative operational and support processes and procedures within the organization to reduce the burden of administrative requirements on managers, supervisors and others.

GS-11 Only:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.M., if related
GS-09 Only:
master's or equivalent graduate degree
or
2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.B. or J.D., if related
