About the Position: This position is located in the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Financial Information Management (ODASA-FIM). Incumbent identifies complex business solutions in support of the ODASA-FIM mission, increases efficiencies across the Army and facilitates efforts to right size the Army's financial information infrastructure.

Duties
Responsible for carrying out broad, complex and evolving program development for all resource management aspects of the annual Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution System (PPBES) cycle as it relates to the ODASA-FIM program.
Conducts continuous process improvement analysis to streamline Army financial processes to apply modern information technology solutions and reform efforts.
Conducts business case analysis, defines resources, technology direction, proposes management alternative and recommendations and, develops detailed implementation plans to process activities.
Responsible for developing improvement goals, measurement criteria, and strategies for to drive modernization and transformation efforts.
Responsible for providing expert advice, assistance, direction, policy guidance, and technical analysis of Army-wide reform efforts, data analysis, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) financial management systems.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- This position may require a Secret clearance.
- Some travel may be required.
