This position is located under the Office of Field Operations, Phoenix Field Division, Albuquerque III Field Office located in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Qualifications

To qualify for GS-14, candidates must also have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-13. This is a non-bargaining unit position. Specialized experience is demonstrated experience, which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of this position. Experience must be in the normal line of progression or must be related to the work of the position advertised and must be reflected in resume. Specialized Experience includes: Providing accurate information and guidance regarding procedures (i.e. arrest and processing; arrest principles); and handling of evidence and dangerous material; AND Applying relevant laws, regulations, and policies to investigative resources and techniques (i.e. ATF Giglio Policy); AND Providing leadership to others such as workgroups, teams, or special projects; AND Communicating orally and in writing (i.e. reports and briefings); AND Negotiating and collaborating with others (i.e. interacting with other law enforcement agencies (state, local or federal) Please do not cut and paste the position description, specialized experience, or occupational assessment questionnaire from this announcement into your resume, as this will not be considered a demonstration of your qualifications for this position.
