About the Position: Serves as the Medical Activity-Alaska (MEDDAC-AK) subject matter expert and final reviewer for the OER/NCOER (Officer Evaluation/Non-commissioned Officer Evaluation) program.

Duties

Provides guidance direction for officer promotion programs. Provides procedural guidance and assistance for personnel seeking evaluation of appeals, and in preparation, completion, and compliance with the appropriate guidelines. Assists Soldiers by updating records, ensuring all tasks are completed for Promotion Boards Considerations.

Requirements

  • Able to obtain and maintain Secret Security Clearance.
  • Up to 10% TDY may be required.
