You will serve as a Lead Program Analyst in the IMMEDIATE OFC OF CHIEF OF NVL OPS.
Duties
You will become an expert in Quality of Life principles, analytics, practices, and management to solve strategic direction.
You will be responsible for managing new, innovative programs designed to influence Quality of Life programs and decisions affecting program performance and total ownership cost (TOC) affordability.
You will Maintains constant liaison with OSD, DON, OPNAV, Fleet, and Systems Commands Quality of Life teams to ensure a coordinated approach to Navy Quality of Service programs.
You will exercise independent initiative, leadership, and oversight to determine if future defense-wide
programs and services require legislative proposals and updates to defense-wide policy and resourcing approaches.
You will review Navy programs related to Quality of Life to implement efficiencies and effectiveness
aligned with defense-wide or Navy-wide and legislative priorities.
You will become an expert in planning, and resourcing problems related to improving the Quality of Life environments for our Sailors and their families across the Navy enterprise.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-14) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector:
1) Analyzing a wide range of data and strategic information and prepares reports, proposals, and briefings for Navy leadership to advocate, as necessary, for the Navy enterprise position regarding policy and resourcing of Quality of Life programs; 2) Performing resource sponsorship tasks for Quality of Life programs using knowledge and experience with the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process; 3) Implementing Quality of Life programs processes through existing governance constructs supporting the development of POM decision support tools and technique.
